Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Lead Recruiter who will be responsible for driving fullcycle recruitment across technical nontechnical and leadership positions. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing engaging and closing top talent to support Ajmera Infotech s aggressive growth plans.
You will work closely with leadership department heads and HR to ensure a seamless and impactful hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend recruitment process for multiple business units across India and international markets (US Canada).
- Understand hiring needs by partnering with internal stakeholders and translating them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source screen and evaluate candidates using diverse sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Naukri Indeed social media referrals and direct outreach.
- Manage candidate pipelines maintain communication and deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey.
- Own and drive negotiation and offer management processes ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and company policies.
- Implement innovative hiring strategies to reduce timetohire and costperhire while maintaining highquality standards.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters to improve overall team effectiveness.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to track metrics generate reports and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Promote employer branding through social media campaigns hiring events and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Foster a strong focus on diversity equity and inclusion across all recruiting efforts.
- Maintain ATS/CRM data integrity and ensure compliance with hiring documentation and standards.
- Stay updated with market trends competitive hiring landscape and talent availability to recommend proactive strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 6 years of recruitment experience preferably with exposure to IT services consulting or staffing environments.
- Proven track record of hiring for diverse technical and nontechnical roles across levels.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highgrowth and ambiguous environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition and delivering an exceptional hiring experience.
