Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Specright Implementation Engineer to join ourteam.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer solutions ensuring successful deployment for midmarket and enterprise clients.
- Define and document solution designs user stories and requirements encompassing configuration custom development and data migration.
- Collaborate with Solution Data Architects and Project Managers to outline project scopes and deliverables.
- Advise customers on best practices in business transformation and process optimization during implementations.
- Configure objects layouts and workflows in comopany platform utilizing Salesforce admin functions.
- Assist with data imports quality checks and verification of client data.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and stay updated on Salesforce and industry standards.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience ideally within manufacturing or tech industries.
- Experience in SaaS consumer goods food & beverage packaging or supply chain sectors.
- Knowledge of is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.
