- Be responsible for the endtoend recruiting for our diverse departments and enable a fast & personal candidate experience
- Conduct job interviews independently and work with us to find the best talent for our departments
- Take on responsibility in applicant management and coordinate appointments between internal stakeholders and our candidates
- Position yourself as a sparring partner in our departments through your professional approach
- Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends
Qualifications :
- Excellent language skills in Dutch and English (min. level C1
- Passion for human resources and first experience in recruiting in an international company
- Love for dynamic corporate culture and a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
- A structured way of working and the talent to inspire people
- Bachelors degree in business psychology or similar field is a plus but not required
- Any additional language knowledge is a plus
