Marketing Communications Executive

Were looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications Executive to support and grow our brand presence through compelling content and campaign .

This role sits at the heart of our Marketing team and plays a vital role in producing highquality content across channels from blog posts and email campaigns to event assets and social media. Youll be a goto person for delivering marketing content and operational support across the team working closely with our Content Lead Digital Marketing Strategist and Events Manager.

Its a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn from experienced marketers develop their creative and strategic skills and contribute meaningfully to a fastgrowing business.

Heres what you will be responsible for:

• Creating content across our digital channels blogs ebooks guides case studies email campaigns videos and the LinkedIn feed.
• Supporting the of landing pages and website updates in line with strategy.
• Collaborating with the Events Manager to produce webinar community and events content.
• Supporting campaign across HubSpot including reporting automation and email workflows.
• Helping deliver marketing and campaign reports using analytics tools.
• Taking briefs from senior marketing team members and translating them into impactful onbrand content.
• Managing multiple content projects at once ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications :

Musthaves to be successful in this role:

• Strong copywriting Confident writer with the ability to produce clear engaging content in our brand tone of voice.
• Project management & communication Able to take briefs prioritise work and keep stakeholders updated.
• Creative eye You care about storytelling and design and know how to make content feel fresh and high quality.

Nobody can do everything but heres a few related things were interested in:

• System experience Familiarity with tools like HubSpot WordPress or CMS editors.
• Analytical mindset Comfortable with spreadsheets performance metrics and reporting.
• Familiarity with tools like Semrush Google Analytics Elementor Notion Asana Slack.

Salary: up to 30000 bonus equity (dependent on experience)
