Key responsibilities:
Client Needs Understanding:
Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to identify areas where Autodesk solutions is having issues / requirements.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support on relevant Autodesk tools and features addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Technical Expertise:
Stay current with the latest Autodesk product releases features and best practices to ensure optimal solution delivery.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal sales teams project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth .
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Autodesk Software:
Indepth knowledge of relevant Autodesk products (e.g. Revit AutoCAD Inventor Fusion 360 based on industry focus.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of data management integration capabilities and API usage within Autodesk platforms.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
ProblemSolving:
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to complex client challenges.
