Job Description
Autodesk Technical Consultant need to work directly with clients to understand their specific needs design and implement customized solutions using Autodesk software primarily focusing on configuring and tailoring products. Also optimize workflows provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful adoption and maximize the value of Autodesk products within the clients operations; need deep technical expertise in Autodesk software and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients.
Key responsibilities:
Client Needs Understanding:
Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to identify areas where Autodesk solutions is having issues / requirements.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support on relevant Autodesk tools and features addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Technical Expertise:
Stay current with the latest Autodesk product releases features and best practices to ensure optimal solution delivery.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal sales teams project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth .
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Autodesk Software:
Indepth knowledge of relevant Autodesk products (e.g. Revit AutoCAD Inventor Fusion 360 based on industry focus.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of data management integration capabilities and API usage within Autodesk platforms.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
ProblemSolving:
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to complex client challenges.
