Job Description
Were seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician at our Community Health Clinic in Fort Morgan Co.
No hospital work required
We offer:
- Starting Annual Salary $230000 to $264800
- $20k Signon Bonus
- Up to $10k Relocation package

Qualifications :
Education:
- Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine
Experience:
- No prior experience
Licensure:
- Possess a license to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado
- Board Certified Family Physician
- J1 visa waiver docs are eligible but board certification has to be in family medicine
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Sensitivity to lowincome and ethnic minority communities is a must
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
