We are seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orange. As a key member of our customer support team you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
- Process orders refunds and exchanges efficiently
- Identify and escalate complex issues to managment
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Achieve performance targets and quality assurance standards
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of our products or services is a plus
