Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including manpower allocation across trades.
- Track and forecast job costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to generate submittals shop drawings BIM models and field coordination drawings.
- Procure required equipment and materials in a timely and costeffective manner.
- Attend and actively participate in jobsite and project meetings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance quality workmanship and safety protocols.
- Estimate and manage changes in project scope.
- Select negotiate and manage subcontractors and equipment vendors.
- Address warranty items and maintain client relationships to ensure longterm satisfaction.
- Foster strong professional relationships with architects engineers GCs building owners field teams and suppliers.
- Manage multiple projects ranging in value from $25000 to over $10 million.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Understanding of electrical systems and installations.
- Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a proactive and detailoriented mindset. Team player with leadership qualities; approachable and solutionsfocused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel) Bluebeam Navisworks Accubid and Microsoft Project.
- Enthusiastic about company culture and participation in team events.
