What Youll Do
Oversee and actively manage dispatching for 20000 annual shipments across multiple modes (bulk liquid LTL intermodal dry van).
Lead and develop a team of Delivery Specialists setting performance safety and service standards.
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies.
Analyze transportation performance negotiate carrier agreements and implement KPIs.
Support logistics software improvements and drive continuous cost and service optimization.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in transportation/supply chain.
5 years in transportation/logistics including dispatch and supervisory roles.
Proficiency in Excel; strong operational and negotiation skills.
Deep knowledge of DOT regulations (CFR 49 and transportation best practices.
Ability to manage people while remaining fully engaged in daily operations.
