- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and develop strategies to increase product adoption and usage.
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders within corporate accounts serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries concerns or escalations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to address their evolving needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing corporate clients.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product development to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators providing reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management preferably within a corporate or B2B environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
