The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating sales leads by engaging with potential prospects and representing Appcasts products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Represent Appcasts products and services starting with comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
- Utilize various sales tools (Salesforce Outreach ZoomInfo etc. cold calling email and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospects needs and qualify viable sales opportunities.
- Build short and longterm trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Report to sales development leadership with daily weekly and monthly results.
Qualifications :
- Ability to multitask work under pressure and connect well with people.
- Excellent organizational prioritization and time management skills.
- Strong sales aptitude & closing techniques coupled with an outgoing and positive attitude.
- Driven to succeed and achieve targets.
- Selfmotivated driven and has a gogetter attitude.
- Professional articulate communication skills with the ability to manage correspondence between sales teams and their clients.
- Comfortable working with multiple departments.
- Ability to be successful in a fastpaced quota driven environment.
- Keen interest in software and technology.
Education and Experience
- 2 years of experience selling in a corporate/b2b space.
- Experience with Software (SaaS Hosted or Installed) Recruitment Analytics and Talent Acquisition is a plus.
