About the Role

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.

This is a permanent part time position only full availability for at least one the lines listed below. Please make a note in your application which line you prefer.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer opportunities for choice selfexpression and active involvement across all facets of our daily care services
• Follow personalised support and behaviour plans while assisting clients with daily living activities and encouraging community engagement
• Track and document an individuals progress through thorough recordkeeping
• Providing support to clients who have complex needs or challenging behaviours

Skills & Experience

• An unrestricted New South Wales drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Committed to work flexible work hours across the week including public holidays
• Ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktop
• A current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Successful candidates will be required to clear all statebased probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
