The Opportunity

Were seeking an InClinic BCBA to lead a team of BTs and RBTs deliver evidencebased treatment and ensure quality care for a caseload of 1015 patients. This is an inclinic role (not remote).

Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

• Manage treatment planning supervision and caregiver training.
• Coach and mentor BTs/RBTs through performance management and ongoing training.
• Develop individualized plans and behavior strategies; complete reauthorizations.
• Ensure high standards of care through data collection fidelity checks and note review.
• Uphold BACB standards and actively engage in MGAs professional culture.

Additional Information :

What Youll Bring

• Masters Degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
• Current BCBA Certification with BACB
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ASD population and 1 year in ABA
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong skills in early intervention assessments (e.g. ABLLSR VBMAPP) and reporting
