As a member of the Visa Operations Command Center the Associate Applications Analyst at CyberSource a Visa company is the leading payment processor focused on eCommerce. The company serves over 480000 online merchants including many leading global brands as well as a broad base of small to midsized accounts. CyberSource is the premium player in the ecommerce space combining a comprehensive suite of global payment options with sophisticated fraud and security management delivered in a softwareasaservice model Position Description Visa Inc is looking for a Systems Analyst to work in the U.S. with the CyberSource Settlement & Reporting Application Support Team. The candidate will be responsible for providing settlement processing and report generation for our Enterprise and Small Business merchants solving complex problems and be involved with continuous application improvements and application deployment initiatives.
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment managing open systems UNIX and Windows job processes troubleshoot job problems and work internal tickets and merchant escalations.
Essential Functions
What we expect of you day to day.
Function as a Subject Matter Expert for all Cybersource Enterprise Applications
Support initiatives to enhance tool functionality with the tools and engineering support teams
Manage the performance and tuning of applications servers and configuration settings.
Work cross organizationally to resolve complex issues
Preparation and maintenance of internal documentation
As we reimagine work its important to find a balance between flexibility collaboration and ensuring bestinclass availability for our Global Operations team.
This is a 24x7 rotating 12hour shift alternating 3 days on 2 days off 2 days on 3 days off.
Required to work OT as requested to cover staff shortages and training.
This is an onsite position. An onsite position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree OR 3 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years of Unix experience
Database experience and SQL skills
Knowledge with scheduling tools CAESP Mesos Marathon Quartz Ozzie
CtrlM
Understanding of Incident Problem and Change management per the ITIL
process.
Payment processing experience or equivalent e.g. finance industry
Ability to work independently and work effectively as part of a crossfunctional
team
Analytical and diagnostic skills e.g. root cause analysis
Must have a strong commitment to follow through and timely
communication
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate
effectively with both technical and nontechnical customers
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 66600.00 to 94150.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
