The Sr. Director will be a critical member of Visas NA Product & Solutions Strategic Initiatives team which is responsible for evaluating and driving crossproduct strategic regulatory and new product opportunities as well as resolving complex productrelated issues.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and leading a crossfunctional team to successful outcomes. He or she must be able to quickly build relationships across all levels understand how to swiftly determine needed course(s) of action and know how to motivate a diverse set of stakeholders to act cohesively and productively in executing on the course of action.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD) or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
15 or more years of experience with a Bachelors Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD or MD) PhD with 9 years of experience
Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry
Equal love of and ability to set a sound strategy as to be responsible for its successful
Aptitude for ramping up quickly across novel projects with little oversight and/or precedent
Capacity to lead beyond tenure including teams of senior stakeholders
Ability to independently structure lead and execute complex projects and processes with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems and stakeholders
Ability to discern the key pieces of information and needed next steps from a wide range of opinions and data points to keep moving a project forward
Superior analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as attention to detail
Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer with functional and regional leaders within Visa
Selfstarter team oriented collaborative diplomatic and flexible with excellent presentation skills including strong oral and writing capabilities
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 204500.00 to 296700.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
