The Analytics Team is an energetic team that will provide you with plenty of challenges and gives you an opportunity to bring your personal skills and knowledge and grow fast!
You will have the opportunity to build relationships and work with a number of Nielsens key clients enabling you to broaden your business knowledge & further develop your commercial acumen. You will further enhance your communication and analysis skills by delivering data insights and recommendations to clients on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
Building a strong partnership with clients by delivering analytical insights presentations and thought leadership in order to help your clients grow their categories and brands through utilizing different Nielsen data sources
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at the clients in functions such as Marketing Brand Management Consumer Insight & Sales
Independently sell Advanced Analytics services successfully assess the needs of our clients and proactively offer solutions related to Advanced Analytics in order to achieve sales targets.
Business development to achieve targeted teams objectives (financial and commercials)
Execute the Advanced Analytics business plan as well as proactively search for opportunities on the market make suggestions for improvement gather client requirements from commercial teams
Support the Advanced Analytics Manager on level of engagement with clients and secure customer satisfaction by supporting clients through answering their concerns and questions and through onsite / off site client consultancy work
Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for respective market
Continuously work on further professional development and adoption of technical knowledge related to Advanced Analytics tools and services
Use NielsenIQ processes and tools to provide proactive and integrated analysis for customers make recommendations and proposals
Share knowledge and relevant information about the industry & client with the extended Nielsen team
About you

For this business crucial role you would need to have a strong FMCG background and a passion for sales.
Qualifications
At least two years of relevant experience in market research marketing or sales within the FMCG industry
Excellent analytical skills & passion for analyzing data trends
Strong sales leadership and ability to build enduring relationships with Clevel executives
Strong collaboration networking skills
A confident presenter with the ability to deliver presentations in front of a challenging audience
An enthusiastic team player capable of working proactively
Strong attention to detail
The Bulgarian language fluency
Good knowledge of the English language
