- Follow up customer calls
- Respond to customers email inquiries in a timely manner
- Process orders forms and claims
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Manage and update customer databases
- Data processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master Data
- Management of B2B system updates and processing uploads
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications :
- 1 year of customer service associate experience
- Excellent in speaking and writing (English)
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
- Team Player
- Amenable to work in a morning shift
- Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedback
- Client oriented
- Knowledge in SAP system is a plus
- Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel Word Outlook)
- Amenable to work onsite and to start asap
