*Define develop optimize and update manufacturing process according product specifications and sales
Volume
*Define and order a minmax for wear off parts needed for the manufacturing process and update or upgrade designee or machine conditions
*Attend and support manufacturing shutdowns in all technical failure Conditions
*Define and develop all quality elements to assure processes (Poka Yoke Fixtures documentation)
*Create and update all documentation related to manufacturing (PFMEA CP HTE Process information Flow diagram etc.
*Assure master parts measuring equipment used for manufacturing process defined according.
*Support for a TPM implementation and feedback for all machines/lines that are area of responsibility
*Create and optimize internal logistics and material handling and flow for lines of responsibility
*Support team leaders in production lines
*Support for a lean implementation of all BPS principles
*Assure to meet all policy deployment targets for BP
Qualifications :
Education: Engineering degree
Experience: from 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Manufacturing Engineer
Competencies:
Result oriented proactivity change management team work negotiation skills leadership & conflict management.
