Responsible for preventive and periodical maintenance planning of production machines.
Diagnosing faults and defining effective measures to minimize machine breakdowns.
Leading OEE improvement and cost reduction projects.
Managing critical spare parts for all machines under responsibility.
Managing budgets for all maintenance activities.
Planning technical training to enhance the skills of team members.
Conducting EoL (End of Life) material inspection and planning required revisions.
Providing technical support through a problemsolving approach to maintenance teams in responding to production machine breakdowns.
Defining and leading digitalization activities to support the predictive maintenance strategy.
Continuously communicating with client departments suppliers and other Bosch plants regarding technical and organizational issues.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering ElectricalElectronics Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Solid understanding of mechanical electrical and automation systems.
Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance concepts.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics (knowledge of AutoCAD SolidWorks etc. is a plus).
12 years of experience in maintenance engineering preferably in a manufacturing or production environment (entrylevel roles may accept fresh graduates).
Strong analytical thinking skills for diagnosing breakdowns and developing quick effective solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or other maintenance tracking software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
