Job Description
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance and production indicators defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches and leading related projects.
- Responsible for preventive and periodical maintenance planning of production machines.
- Diagnosing faults and defining effective measures to minimize machine breakdowns.
- Leading OEE improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Managing critical spare parts for all machines under responsibility.
- Managing budgets for all maintenance activities.
- Planning technical training to enhance the skills of team members.
- Conducting EoL (End of Life) material inspection and planning required revisions.
- Providing technical support through a problemsolving approach to maintenance teams in responding to production machine breakdowns.
- Defining and leading digitalization activities to support the predictive maintenance strategy.
- Continuously communicating with client departments suppliers and other Bosch plants regarding technical and organizational issues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering ElectricalElectronics Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of mechanical electrical and automation systems.
- Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics (knowledge of AutoCAD SolidWorks etc. is a plus).
- 12 years of experience in maintenance engineering preferably in a manufacturing or production environment (entrylevel roles may accept fresh graduates).
- Strong analytical thinking skills for diagnosing breakdowns and developing quick effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or other maintenance tracking software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
