Job Description
Together with teaching assistants support the children in their learningjourney from 8.30 in the morning to 16.30 in the afternoon. During this time you will:
- Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 26 as assigned by the school creating an English learning environment
- Lesson planning daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
- Utilize games music books art technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
- Collaborate with other teachers instructors and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each childs performance and progress on regular basis
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above
- Teaching certification
- Related teaching experience at international kindergartens
- Eligible to apply for the English teaching visa
Additional Information :
Salary and Benefits Package
- Monthly salary of 18000 to 25000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Monthly housing allowance of 5000 RMB
- Moving compensation 2000 RMB
- Airfare allowance: 8000 RMB a year after fulfillment of the oneyear contract
- Free meals in the canteen on work days
- International Medical Insurance
- Bonus of 10 of the year base salary RMB on the last day of the Academic Year.
