Supports design team with the quality assurance and design services for renovation as well as new build and conversion projects.
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Key Skills/Requirements:
Knowledgeable about innovation and design trends in and beyond the hospitality industry
Ability to work well in a high volume fastpaced environment as a member of a collaborative team.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and design related applications (e.g. AutoCAD Bluebeam Adobe)
Ability to read and interpret architectural interior design and engineering drawings and specifications.
Architectural and space planning design skills
Education/Experience:
4year degree in Architecture or related design discipline preferred or equivalent work experience within the industry.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
The pay range for this position is $39.03 to $51.20 per hour.
