The Position Proposition:
- Process Equipment Orders: Manage the entire lifecycle of equipment orders from initiation to completion ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained.
- Fleet Asset Utilization: Monitor and maintain the utilization of owned fleet assets to ensure optimal performance and costefficiency.
- Equipment Sourcing: Identify and source equipment from rental vendors as needed to meet project requirements and operational demands.
- Field Operations Support: Collaborate closely with Field Operations to understand project needs and provide timely and effective equipment solutions.
- Data Management: Ensure that all data systems including inventory and tracking software are updated promptly and accurately to reflect current equipment status and availability.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of equipment delivery and retrieval ensuring timely and efficient transportation to and from job sites.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all fleet operations comply with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with equipment rental vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable service.
- Acquisition and Divestiture: Follow established procedures for the acquisition and divestiture of fleet assets including both onroad and offroad equipment.
Educational & Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Must be able to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Individual must possess high attention to detail.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions processes and procedures.
- Have sound knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and webbased applications.
