Required Skills and Abilities:
- CA with relevant years of postqualification experience in Financial Planning and Reporting.
- Excellent functional skills backed with analytical skills & problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams across the globe.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point. Experience in Anaplan/ Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Organized methodical able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking.
- Willingness to ask why and how we can improve.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work selfdependently in a fastpaced environment.
Candidates with insurance Industry would be preferred.

Know it matters. Expense Management team provides accounting & reporting support to various AXA XL legal entities. The key activities of the team include planning and forecasting of the expenses and its allocations to the management product and legal entities from service entities basis Service Agreements. Analyzing the variances and preparing the commentaries to help management understand the expense movements.

What will your essential responsibilities include
- Perform Detailed and Comprehensive Analysis of Operating expenses.
- Perform Variance Commentary between Actuals vs Plan/Forecast/PY.
- Prepare & Review the Presentations & Management Packs with focus on quality review timely delivery of reports.
- Support in Yearly Expense Planning and allocations Quarterly Reforecast and Quarterly Expense Allocations of Actuals.
- Proactive involve in the production and maintenance of appropriate supporting documentation (in respect of the process systems and controls).
Provide resolutions to the queries & issues raised.
- Work and support Adhoc reports or projects.
- Maintain effective communication with onshore team (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel Power point etc..
Working in Finance domain in a multinational environment will be preferred.
You will report to Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis.
