We are seeking a Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join us. As part of our dynamic team youll contribute to the success of several major accounts and work with some of the Edelman networks highestprofile leaders.

Responsibilities will include:

    • Contributing to the development and of communications strategies programs and tactics that meet client objectives. Sharing a point of view is encouraged and expected.
    • Managing multiple projects from conception to completion by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence.
    • Ensuring that you and your team understand the general business strategy products and services offered by your clients and general issues facing their industries.
    • Applying or creating tools templates and methodologies that contribute to your clients communication effectiveness.
    • Researching outlining writing editing and proofreading materials including client presentations scripts newsletter articles and features.
    • Supporting senior colleagues in the delivery and tactical management of consulting assignments
    • Building relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
    • Collaborating on new business proposals and presentations.

Basic Qualifications:

    • At least2years ofrelevant fulltime professional experience in related fields.
    • A bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Ability to work from your local office 3 days a week adhering to our hybrid policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Relevant experience in one or more of the following: employee experience and change management culture corporate repositioning talent attraction retention and engagement business transformation and risk and reputation.
    • Experience with digital/social platforms focused on workforce applications and implementation (e.g. internalfacing mobile apps social/collaboration platforms internal messaging platforms etc..
    • The ability to help manage multiple small or mediumsized projects simultaneously as a team.
    • Superior writing editing and presentationdevelopment skills.
    • Project management and consultative skills including effective questioning and critical thinking.
    • Ability to draft strategic clientfacing deliverables and proposals.
    • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
    • Passion for client service and teamwork.
    • Commitment to advancing the vision of the Workplace Advisory practice both internally and externally.
    • Ability to travel as needed and flexibility to work onsite embedded with clients as needed.
$60000 $80000 a year

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenuebased metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses a Paid Time Off policy and regionspecific benefits.
