Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Design:
Develop and design engaging and interactive soft skills training programs tailored to various employee levels and departments.
Create training materials including presentations handouts and elearning modules ensuring content is current and relevant.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate inperson and virtual training sessions workshops and seminars.
Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as roleplaying simulations team exercises group discussions videos and lectures.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys
Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with DU heads HR and other stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Industry Trends and Best Practices:
Stay current with industry trends best practices and advancements in soft skills training.
Incorporate new techniques and tools into training programs to keep them fresh and engaging.
Total Experience Expected: 0812 years
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance is preferred.
