Job Description
- Lead and manage the daily operations of a Dental Practice.
- Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
- Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
- Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Previous experience as a Practice Manager in Dental Medical Veterinary or Nursing fields is highly preferred. If youve served as a Front Office Coordinator or Administration Coordinator and are ready for the next step we want to hear from you!
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team.
- KPI Knowledge: Proven track record in setting tracking and analyzing KPIs leveraging insights to drive ongoing improvements and effectively report outcomes to stakeholders
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
