Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to spearhead ProductLed Growth (PLG) initiatives with a strong focus on enabling the success and growth of Managed Services Providers (MSPs). In this role you will drive customer acquisition activation retention and expansion by leveraging our product to deliver highvalue outcomes that empower modern MSPs to transform and grow their businesses.
You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to craft intuitive datadriven product experiences that enhance MSP operations drive scalability and position the organisation as a trusted partner in enabling MSPs to deliver value to their customers.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with strong analytical skills a deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem and a proven ability to deliver measurable results through productled strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Empowering MSP Success
- Define and execute a ProductLed Growth strategy tailored to meet the unique challenges and opportunities faced by MSPs.
- Develop solutions that streamline MSP operations enhance customer outcomes and enable modern MSPs to scale efficiently in a cloudfirst era.
- Build features that simplify governance compliance cost optimization and day2 cloud operations driving business outcomes for MSPs.
Product Strategy &
- Prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with the needs of modern MSPs focusing on delivering value across their lifecycle from prospecting and onboarding to day2 operations and retention
- Collaborate with Customer Success Product UX Engineering and Marketing teams to create frictionless selfservice experiences that accelerate MSP adoption and drive engagement.
Customer Focus & Value Delivery
- Engage deeply with MSPs to understand their pain points business goals and operational workflows.
- Design features and experiences that help MSPs land more deals manage higher cloud spend and deliver more day2 operations effectively.
- Ensure the product drives measurable outcomes for MSPs such as increased revenue improved margins and enhanced customer satisfaction.
DataDriven Growth
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the success of MSPs using the product such as deal win rates operational efficiency and customer retention metrics.
- Leverage data insights to optimize product features and run growth experiments that enhance MSP value delivery.
- Drive the adoption of new features by demonstrating their impact on MSP success and scalability.
CrossFunctional Leadership
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to align product strategies with MSP acquisition retention and expansion goals.
- Work closely with Marketing to position the organisation as the goto platform for MSP transformation and growth.
Mentorship & Leadership
- Mentor junior Product Managers and crossfunctional team members to foster a culture of customercentricity and innovation.
- Evangelize the vision of enabling modern MSP success through ProductLed Growth ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Experience scaling MSPfocused SaaS products or PLG strategies for enterprise or SMB platforms.
- Familiarity with MSP business models including pricing revenue streams and operational workflows.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred MBA
Must haves: 10+ years of experience in deep product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on driving growth and customer outcomes. Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of MSP operations, cloud management (AWS or Azure), or cloud operations is essential. Customer Focus: Proven track record of building products that drive measurable value for customers, particularly MSPs. Analytical Skills: Expertise in product analytics, A/B testing, and data visualization tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to deliver results in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to align product vision with customer success.
