Overview
The Experienced Maintenance Mechanic Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment within the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.

- Conduct preventive maintenance routines on schedule.

- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Assist in training junior maintenance staff and apprentices.

- Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems as needed.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in a maintenance role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with conveyor systems and manufacturing machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled in welding and fabrication processes.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
- Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid drivers license and ability to operate a forklift and other machinery.
