We are looking for a Global Payroll Analyst to join our team at R2Net. In this role you will support our global payroll operations collaborating with teams across multiple regions to ensure accurate timely and compliant payroll processing. This position requires a deep understanding of payroll systems tax regulations and international compliance as well as the ability to manage complex data in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical payroll background with exceptional attention to detail a datadriven mindset and a collaborative approach to crossfunctional work. Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend payroll processing for multistate and international team members ensuring timely and accurate payroll .
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies related to wages deductions and benefits across multiple systems.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local payroll tax regulations and labor laws as well as internal policies.
- Collaborate with Finance HR and external vendors to manage audits quarterly/yearend filings and tax reporting.
- Maintain payroll system data integrity (e.g. Workday & Bamboo) performing regular audits to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for payrollrelated inquiries policies and procedures.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to prepare compensationrelated reports accruals and payroll analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes enhance controls and drive automation.
- Support compensation and bonus processing including offcycle payments retro pay and incentive payouts.
- Stay current on payroll best practices regulatory changes and industry trend
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance HR or a related field
- 4 years of payroll experience in a fastpaced multistate environment; experience with international payroll a plus.
- Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g. Workday Bamboo or similar) and strong Excel/data analysis skills.
- Deep understanding of wage and hour laws payroll tax regulations and benefits administration as it relates to payroll.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain complex payroll matters in a clear accessible way.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines

Annual base pay: $80000 $110000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
