In 2019 Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department.
Program Description:
The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process.
Through a combination of evidencebased therapies traumainformed care and family support programs FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction promoting emotional and behavioral wellbeing. Children live onsite with their parent during treatment allowing families to remain connected and supported throughout the recovery journey. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds fostering a supportive environment for longterm recovery and resilience.
Position Title and Overview:
Case Aide
Safely transport clients and families to appointments meetings and other necessary destinations.
Provide building coverage including front desk support and assisting with daily operations.
Help prepare rooms for new clients ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Assist with obtaining groceries and supplies for clients and families as needed.
Provide support in other areas requiring additional assistance to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Location and Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily located in Mt. Oliver. All positions are also expected to come to training meetings and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport as scheduled.
The travel required for this position is regular.
Position Requirements:
Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
High school diploma/GED.
Valid PA drivers license vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
Requires working varied hours including evenings some weekends and holidays.
