We are on the lookout for a driven and experienced Lettings Negotiator to become a key player in our highperforming Norwich team. This is your chance to take your lettings career to the next level with a reputable supportive and dynamic estate agency brand.

As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Norwich you will receive:
- OTE per year depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
- Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*
- Fulltime working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week and 9am to 5pm every other Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Norwich:
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generating new leads through canvassing door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
