Description of the role:
The Service Greeter at Frank Kent Motor Company is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression for customers who visit our service department. The role requires strong communication skills and a friendly approachable demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service department
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or department
- Answer customer inquiries and provide basic information about our services
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service department
- Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth customer flow and minimize wait times
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
