We are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team with many benefits such a company car and uncapped commission Dontmiss this fantastic opportunity and apply now!

As a Lettings Negotiator at butters john bee Estate Agents in Hanley you will receive:

  • 25000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*
  • Fulltime working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purposebuilt training location
  • Industryleading training delivered through onetoone and group sessions
  • Daytoday learning led by our industry experts
  • Fullypaid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
  • Breakfast lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at butters john bee Estate Agents in Hanley:

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generating new leads through canvassing door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
