Technical Lead
Gurugram Haryana India
The team works within the Americas Application Solutions Centre to design deliver and support software solutions that support the Enterprise Risk Management function globally. The team is responsible for several applications both internally developed and thirdparty products with a heavy focus on the internally developed .NET applications. There is a substantial pipeline of work including marketwide initiatives Security focused transformation and major cloud migrations.

What will your essential responsibilities include
CODE: able to code across full stack front end API backend and DB.
Collaborate with developers on other teams internal and external onshore and offshore.
Assists to maintain development standards for design coding etc.
Technically leads other developers including assignment of work.
Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.
Assist with the creation of operational guidelines.
Assist with technical analysis of solution design.
Perform design activities in collaboration with the Technical Architect.
Assists to maintain development standards for design coding etc. Support resolution of defects during application testing phases.
Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.
May serve as a member of a Major Incident Team.
May perform Application Developer duties.
Identify propose process improvements to enhance corporate finance applications support to promote MakeItBetter.

Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
Relevant years of experience handson development experience in C# SQL .Net Frameworks Visual Studio SSMS TFS/GIT HTML5 Web API JSON XML REST.
Experience with at least one of the modern web development frameworks such as Angular Bootstrap etc.
Experience with developing apps in Cloud Technology Azure Services is essential Web Apps Web Jobs Queuing framework etc.
Knowledge of Modern data storage technologies like Table/Blob Storage etc. is nice to have.
Excellent knowledge of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of the user experience.
Ability to work constructively in a team environment as well as selfdirectedly.
Experience with of Agile SDLC CI/CD DevOps processes.
Experience with complex modeling and /or risk analytics in insurance or financial domain is preferred.
Experience working in a geographically distributed project team preferred.
Must possess good interpersonal skills teamoriented technically motivated and creative user oriented selfdriven with a desire to learn AXA XLs business.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
P&C Insurance/ Enterprise Risk Management industry experience.
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
Ability to work selfdirectedly with less supervision. Good verbal written and presentation skills.
Able to organize self and others including effective scheduling prioritization and time management skills completing tasks to tight deadlines.
Proven record to provide a consistently firstclass customer service internally and/or externally.
Ability to build effective working relationships (Internally/Externally) establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group.
Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for own work and for the team identifying the need for action (using initiative) whilst working effectively within a team.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills required.
