WHAT IS THE JOB

As a Supervisor Store Operations in our NYC Shop you are the stores central nervous system. You are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth and efficient daytoday operations of the store. You will lead motivate and manage an operations associate while maintaining our high customer service levels and operational excellence.

Your role will include managing inventory through its accuracy and timely flow of all incoming and outgoing inventory ensuring operational compliance with company policies procedures and brand standards growing sales through operational store support and driving your team to meet company metrics. This is an hourly nonexempt position.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and supervise operations associates ensuring they meet performance standards are welltrained and uphold our high customer service levels.
  • Ensure store operations run smoothly set clear daily/weekly priorities for operations team and individuals
  • Assist store managers to set operations team weekly schedules and PTO based on company needs
  • Reviewing weekly metrics with operations associates and using critical thinking and creative solutions to meet metrics within your store
  • Managing communication with your HQ partners and store managers
  • Managing the receipt of daily incoming and outgoing products from a systematic standpoint:
    • Customer Direct Shipments
    • Current Product Replenishment/New Product Releases
    • StoretoStore Product Reallocation
    • Inventory Adjustments: MOS (Marked Out of Stock) RTV (Return to Vendor)
  • Managing omnichannel order fulfillment from your store.
  • Managing and leading the stores annual Physical Inventory audit.
  • Managing inventory integrity through daily enterprise cycle counts variances and inventory audits.
  • Managing the verification of daily returns.
  • Managing and reporting stock levels (overages deficits endofseason) to appropriate teams.
  • Executing and leading efficient sale prep and endofsale processes.
  • Planning designing and reorganizing stock room layout to improve storage efficiency and ease of access when inventory levels increase/decrease.
  • Daily monitoring and ordering of all necessary store supplies.
  • General store support (as needed).
