This role requires someone who is highly organized and proactive in providing essential lease management and administration support. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including meticulous tracking of lease compliance the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive physical and electronic filing systems diligent document collection and active participation in concession audits. Effective communication of compliance matters along with the preparation of meeting minutes forms a crucial aspect of this position. The Lease Coordinator will also be responsible for the collection and accurate input of insurance documentation and deposits as well as providing support for various special projects and contributing to the planning and of Concessions Department events.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for selfdirection and teamwork demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. The individual will effectively manage competing deadlines and communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. This support function contributes to the overall team success with experience in handling contracts or leases.
