Job Description
A Johannesburg East based client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of developers and to provide guidance support and mentoring to achieve project objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- BSc or IT Degree
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- C# JavaScript CSS HTML
- Team lead experience or experience in peer code reviews at a senior level
KPAs:
- Enforce adherence to governance standards and best practices to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Ensure the teams performance and productivity through effective goalsetting performance evaluations and professional development opportunities.
- Design develop and maintain software applications employing industry best practices and leveraging your technical expertise.
