Job Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and dedicated Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves performing quality inspections conducting audits and utilizing various measurement tools to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current QC workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement organizational systems to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records for all QC operations.
- Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve bottlenecks and improve productivity.
- Develop documentation and templates to standardize procedures.
- Provide support during audits or reviews as needed.
- Organize and file documentation to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.
- Scan and digitize portfolio projects for better documentation management.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Prior experience in Quality Control or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
