We are a fastgrowing emergency moving and restoration support company specializing in packout services for homes impacted by water and fire damage. When disaster strikes were the first ones incarefully packing inventorying cleaning and storing personal belongings with urgency and care. Were looking for a handson detailoriented Packout Manager to lead our field team and ensure every job runs smoothly safely and professionally.
Job Summary:
As the Packout Manager you will be responsible for managing onsite packout operations leading crews coordinating logistics and ensuring accurate inventory and documentation of clients personal property. This role requires a strong mix of leadership organizational and customer service skills and the ability to handle highstress timesensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead packout teams onsite for water and fire damage jobs
Oversee the packing labeling and transport of furniture and personal items
Assess and document the condition of items identifying salvageable vs. nonsalvageable property
Communicate with homeowners insurance adjusters and restoration partners
Coordinate cleaning storage and return of items
Train and mentor new crew members
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
Maintain and inspect vehicles and equipment
Requirements:
Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding environments
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Calm under pressure with a customerfirst mindset
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
