Looking to help design a better more beautiful world Our multidisciplinary firm designs spaces that empower ideas and connect people and were looking for talented teammates to join us. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Architect or Project Designer to join our Civic Studio. In this studio we fundamentally believe in the Ask Listen Create mantra which we use every day to deliver successful projects. This role provides diversity and variety in your daytoday so our ideal candidate can work independently and flexibly with a wellestablished team. What youll be doing:
- Assist with the development of conceptual schematic and presentation materials or civic project types
- Participate in interviews proposals and presentations
- Communicate with clients and consultants throughout all phases of the project
- Maintain quality control by utilizing established company tools and standards
- Assist with processing and reviewing RFIs shop drawings submittals and samples expeditiously
- Take direction from the project manager and assist with construction documents and Revit model creations
- Work on multiple projects of varying sizes providing project management and internal team guidance through every phase of design
What you need:
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAABaccredited program
- 6 years of professional architecture experience
- Proficiency in Revit; Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred including but not limited to: SketchUp Enscape Bluebeam Rhino Grasshopper Miro Adobe Creative Suite and Office 365
- On the path to professional architectural licensure
- An appreciation of our Ask. Listen. Create methodology
- An interest in growing in your role
- The willingness to occasionally travel as there may be limited travel required
