The Role
Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product Analyst Chapter. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for systems/business analysis requirements gathering providing value to our customers and agile product delivery. The Product Analyst will join forces with the squad lead engineers and architects to ensure our business objectives become reality in Data protection and Analytics space.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring and The Value You Deliver
- The ideal candidate should possess 24 years of experience as a systems and/or business analyst with a track record of delivering software using agile development practices. Additional experience in the cybersecurity or financial services industry would be beneficial.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent career experience in Computer Science Management Information Systems Business Information Systems or related field.
- Experience working with data related tools like Snowflake SQL developer Reporting tools (Tableau/Power BI) and comparable query writing tools
- Experience with Jira Jira Align or other comparable Agile tools is a plus.
- Experience in working with data analysis and SQL skills.
- Understands business needs and challenges including product strategy and customer success criteria
- Building effective relationships with squad members SMEs and BU stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the customers needs/objectives.
- Understands and practices the principles of agile by participating in all agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum Refinement Sprint Planning Quarterly Planning Retro Sprint Review etc.
- Work with developers to provide guidance for deliverables acceptance criteria and complete business acceptance testing and story sign off.
- Publish clear and consumable product documentation.
- Story writing and backlog management.
- Prepping for refinements quarterly planning and leading those meetings.
- Maintaining and updating product documentation maintaining reporting inventory and external SharePoint site.
- Analysis tasks (identifying data source tables for processes gathering data requirements etc.
- Experience in gathering requirements and translating them to welldefined stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria with a focus on user needs
- Strong ability to conduct research and analysis independently including growing ability to gather and apply datadriven insights construct diagrams and visualizations and document current and future state
- Continually building domain expertise of teams product(s) and processes with goal of becoming a domain expert on the team
- Understands competing priorities and works with squad leader and team to drive successful product delivery
- Champions and leads team to collaborate with partners and stakeholders to drive strong business outcomes
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills including participating in and leading sessions with team members domain experts and stakeholders
- Good understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum Kanban and Lean principles
- Creates and maintains documentation in collaboration with team members domain experts and team leader to guarantee accuracy and completeness
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mentality with a focus on building business analysis and product ownership expertise

Related Certifications
- Certifications such as CSPO CSM IIBA (CCBA CBAP POA) and Cyber or Technical certificates is a plus.
The Team
Enterprise Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting Fidelity from external and internal threats against our infrastructure data and systems. As a member of the Chapter you will join a team that is the center of excellence for product analysis and contribute to driving outstanding solutions. In this role you will work in partnership with product analysts squad leads engineers and architects on one of the Cyber Data Analytics Squads. This role supports goals and objectives by designing analytical and reporting strategies to enable them to oversee implementation of cyber controls to achieve our objectives in partnership with the business.
