Job Description
Payroll Specialist
Pay $23$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare payroll for 200 employeesMaintain and update employee payroll recordsHandle tasks related to payrollWork closely with the Controller HR and store ManagersUphold strict confidentiality regarding employee Information and ensure compliance with company policesManage receptionist team including hiring and schedulingOrdering suppliesHandle payroll related auditsProcess W2s with the IRS and StateGeneral accounting duties
Qualifications
- Experience in a position of Accounting or Payroll is a plus
- Automotive Dealership experience is a plus.
- Experience with Tekion a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Techsavvy comfortable with webbased programs and proficient in Excel.
- Knowledgeable about basic accounting principles.
- Someone who is great with their communication skills
- A team player who is coachable and willing to grow with our company.
- Someone who enjoys a friendly collaborative workplace and isnt afraid of hard work balanced with fun and recognition.
