Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Special Working Conditions: Work schedule is from 7:45 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. with varying days off depending on work needs. Attendance at Liquor Commission hearings is required which may occasionally extend into late afternoons or evenings (up to 6:30 p.m. with compensable overtime. May also be required to work overtime weekends nights and holidays based on operational needs.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from high school. Responsible work experience that demonstrated the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Three years of clerical experience one of which shall have involved transcribing minutes of legal board or commission meetings conferences hearings and/or other similar proceedings.
