Job Description
This position works in the Distribution area of the Materials Management Team. You will be working to stock material kit material and pick material for Fulfillment operations to the customer.

- Read comprehend and adhere to written work instructions SOPs etc.
- Follow verbal instructions from leaders and trainers
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and promote a safe work environment
- Meet attendance quality and productivity expectations
- Work in a dynamic team environment with flexibility to rotate responsibilities as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity
- Attend required training and continuous learning opportunities as assigned
- Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Accomplish other duties as required to include cross training
- Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain a clean work area
- Responsible for pulling the correct material for each order and accurately consuming the material in the system
- Responsible for inventory accuracy
- Must be able to work independently within a team
- Accomplish other duties as required
- Assist in the development of procedural improvements designed to increase efficiency costs safety and morale
- Understand the Picking process including paperwork and RF Scanners & Printers
- Prioritize orders as instructed
- Follow FIFO (First In/First Out) process
- Replenish items to maintain inventory
- Verify printed patient copy contains all required information
- Troubleshoot pick tickets
- Ability to read and understand a MQR card
- Crosstrain in other areas within the department
- Cycle Counts in assigned area
- Review the custom order form including any change orders
- Teach and train new team members
- Enter information into Microsoft Excel

Working Environment:
The facility is in Bloomington MN. The position will be working in the Operations area.
Physical Demands:
Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50 pounds with a team lift. (i.e. Sitting standing lifting bending reaching etc.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a fulltime position working Monday Friday. The daily hours are 810 hours per day.
Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location the target hourly rate for this position can range from $18.50 to $19.75 an hour. In addition you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location role skill set and level of experience.
