TheConsumer Product Team strives to make AutoScout24 the best place for car buyers to find suitable vehicles to purchase finance and lease while also providing car sellers with a seamless and effective platform to showcase their vehicles connect with potential buyers and achieve successful sales.

We seek a talented and driven CRM Manager focusing on User Activation and engagement to join our team reporting to the Director of Growth. In this pivotal role youll drive the development and of innovative omnichannel strategies that help our users to onboard and deepen user relationships by building a seamless customer journey across our suite of products.The ideal candidate is datadriven creative and has a background in CRM management marketing or related functions. If you possess a deep understanding of CRM systems user engagement tactics and the dynamics of user retention across the Web and apps we invite you to join our forwardthinking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Activation: Implement strategies to drive new user activation through CRM channels ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Engagement Strategies: Develop and deploy CRM campaigns to increase user engagement ensuring relevant timely personalised content.
  • Campaign Development: Create and manage the endtoend lifecycle of CRM campaigns from conceptualisation to postcampaign analysis for email push notifications and inapp messaging.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyse user behaviour campaign results and funnel metrics to identify areas for optimisation.
  • A/B Testing: Execute A/B tests to refine CRM strategies for improved performance continuously.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product engineering and CRM tech and guide the implementation integration and optimisation of CRM tools and systems to ensure seamless user experiences and maximised engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of CRM best practices technologies and industry benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in CRM management or a related role primarily focusing on user activation and engagement demonstrating consistent success in driving customer retention.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and platforms with a history of implementing and optimizing them to drive growth.
  • Robust analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform decisionmaking.
  • Proven experience in designing and leading A/B testing.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for driving growth in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English German (understanding in reading and conversation) is a plus.
