Specialist Paediatric Nurse
Location: SouthEast London
Employment:Permanent (Fulltime & Parttime options available)
Hours:Monday Friday 9am 5pm)
Salary:per year (additional London weighting up to 20 of salary) Fantastic shift enhancements and benefits package

We are seeking a Specialist Paediatric Nurse to support patients in the community working alongside designated hospitals and health centres in the SouthEast London area (Croydon and Bromley).
Your Role:
In this role you will be instrumental in educating and supporting patients through their treatment journey ensuring services are delivered with a patientcentric and customerfocused approach.
- Conduct clinical assessments tailored to individual patient needs
- Deliver education and training to enable patients and carers to safely selfmedicate relevant treatments and medications
- Provide ongoing support through comprehensive patient programmes (telephone clinicbased and home visits)
- Assess home environments to ensure suitability for treatment prioritising patient safety and security

What Were Looking For:
- Registered Child Nurse (RSCN) with active NMC registration
- Experience in a Paediatric Nurse setting either in hospital or community environment
- Competence in clinical assessments IV administration cannulation phlebotomy and subcutaneous injections
