Salary: $20.03 $21.33 per hour
Position Overview
We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team at The Arc Ontario as a Residential Program Supervisor. Responsibilities
- Provide direct support services to the individuals who reside at the house to assist individuals in having a fulfilling life.
- Responsible for daytoday operations of the assigned residential home.
- Provide supervision and guidance to Direct Care Staff.
- Provide peace of mind to the families of the individuals.
- Adhere to all The Arc Ontario policies and procedures to promote the wellbeing and ensure safety of participants and the protection of their individual rights.

Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience
- Internal candidate requires 1year of relevant experience
- Valid NYS Drivers License
- Must be able to provide coverage of shifts as the need arises.
- Ability to work independently and motivate others.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
