Be part of something new and meaningful! The Damien Center Indianas oldest and largest AIDS service organization is launching a brandnew dental clinic in 2025. Were seeking passionate Dental Hygienists who want to make a difference while enjoying an exceptional worklife balance.
Position Overview
As a Dental Hygienist at our new facility youll play a vital role in our patientcentered care approach providing highquality oral health services in a supportive compassionate environment. Youll work closely with our Dental Director and clinical team to deliver preventive care and education to our diverse patient population.

Qualifications
- Associate or bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from a CODAaccredited program
- Valid Dental Hygienist license and Dental Radiographer license issued by the State of Indiana
- 35 years clinical experience as a dental hygienist (Community Health Center/FQHC experience preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
- Experience or interest in working with diverse patient populations
- Commitment to traumainformed culturally competent care
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal examinations
- Conduct oral cancer screenings and take dental radiographs
- Apply preventive treatments including fluoride and sealants
- Administer local anesthesia as permitted by Indiana regulations
- Provide individualized oral health education and care plans
- Maintain a clean sterile clinical environment per OSHA and CDC protocols
- Collaborate with the dental team on comprehensive patient care
