As the Services Experience Manager youll be responsible for the operations and customer experience related to Geek Squad services for both electronic devices (computer and mobile phone repair) and AutoTech (car installations). Youll support between one and seven stores in a micromarket and serve as the link between services and omnichannel. Youll drive localized strategies at your home location and delegate peers and direct reports at other locations. Youll serve as a subject matter expert in the store services portfolio to identify opportunities implement plans and drive priorities that provide bestinclass employee and customer experiences.
What youll do
Partner with other micromarket and marketplace leaders to drive your services strategy and provide insights
Provide work direction ongoing training career development and performance management to your Geek Squat Agents and supervisors
Complete services leadership duties instore and across the micromarket to ensure employees are deployed to maximize efficiency
Analyze reporting and performance indicators including customer satisfaction turn time productivity and revenue metrics to identify gaps and lead the team to improve results
Recruit hire and onboard a diverse agent workforce
Perform instore leadership duties as needed including opening closing cash management and manager on duty tasks
Basic qualifications
2 years of management/supervisory experience OR 2 years of military leadership experience including coaching training recognition and performance evaluation
2 years of experience in sales customer service or consumer electronics repair
1 year of experience analyzing P&L or financial statements
