Job Summary
This job is responsible for the supervision and administration of the Physical Security Program. It involves backup responsibilities for the Manager Nuclear Security positionJob Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise security analysts responsible for the security computer system corrective action program procedures and various other security related functions
- Serve as a regulatory interface with the NRC
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding security regulations
- Provide daily oversight I support of security operations
- Oversee the safetysecurity program
- Interface with and support the security services teaming partner
- Handle process createand control safeguards information
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with all station departments
- Fill an ERO position and provide outage support
- Consistently seek out and implement program improvements
Education Experience & Skill Requirements
- 5 years experience in the nuclear security industry required
- 2 years experience as a supervisor /leader required
- Working knowledge of 1OCFR Part 73.55 required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments
- Possess systematic problem solving skills
